You are joking, right??
It's clearly been wet around his area... Rotors can build up a very slight layer of rust overnight when it's wet... drive in morning and use brakes once or twice, rust layer gone... I've not seen a car this doesn't happen to?

I might spray my wheels with Plastidip and get a set of aftermarket wheels later. Gotta wear down the factory Michelin Primacy first. XD

They also sell glossers and metalizers do add a finish to the plastidip. You have a lot of options.

Way over in page 28 of this thread is a clearer pic of my raven w/black plastidip. I love it, I really didn't like the stock rims and this made it so much better.
