As far as the electronic gizmos like VSC, TRAC, etc, the US versions WILL DEFINITELY have them. All 2012 model year and later vehicles HAVE to have it standard according to government regulations. The button on the left of the 3 behind the shifter is for TRAC & VSC. If you push it once, it disables TRAC. Push and hold for 3 seconds to disable VSC and TRAC. You can barely see it but it's the typical Toyota button for those programs. The one on the right on the AT console looks like the bottom word is "Sport". Maybe a a different mode for the trans?

I'm sure it will also have the rest of the components of the Star Safety System, which are brake assist, electronic brake force distribution, ABS, Smart Stop, along with VSC & TRAC. 6-8 airbags should be a given too including dual front, side seat-mounted, & curtains and Toyota has been putting driver & passenger knee airbags in a lot of the new models as well.

Love it. Want it.

Some questionable interior design elements though. Not digging the gaps between the door and side vents. And why the circular vents? So early 2000's. I'm aslso concerned there's not a lot of storage to hold stuff with the lack of a center armrest bin. But overall nicely laid out and purposeful.

On the exterior i hope the USDM version will have all-red taillights instead of the clear ones shown.

Also I noticed that the speedometer is showing 120kph (roughly 75mph) at about 1800RPM.

That's interesting, figured it would rev much higher than that.

Sorry, I didn't follow up on that. I went sleep right after chatting.

As for follow up, other members have answer some of the stuff, so I thought I didn't need to write.

That pics of brochure, you can take it as grain of salt. 3 out 4 of ppl I was chatting said that's real brochure (other one said proto-type brochure & not official brochure).

That interior design isn't 100% full production ver. In TIAS, you'll see lil bit different design... BUT you can take that as grain of salt.

Argh.. I am waiting every day for new infos and I missed this one!

So for the first view it looks good to me, everything is OK beside some minor things like the steering wheel and the one white dial but that wouldn´t be a dealbreaker for me!

BUT how much can you expect from that leak? I mean is it official? Will the in/exterieur look 99,9% like in the brochure?

edit: somehow, I am way to slow to write in english

Thank you Ichi!

Seats look very supportive and dash has plenty of gadgets to play with

Roll on the official display at the end of November
The 3 Subaru paint codes

Any one know what they are by any chance ?
Orange ,yellow or red

mmm the decision will be hard

Just showed the misses the pictures and she approves too

How can a leak ever be official?

The interior seems very late 90's early 2000's to me. I guess that's a good thing if you loved 1990's interior in this day and age and it's a bad thing if you like up to date interior styling.

I'd be more ok with all white gauges, just the mixing and matching looks like someone literally pulled a gauge from another car and threw it in.

And so do I. I also run a shift light. My rpms/redline is no longer at stock settings. Still though, if there is any center gauge I pay attention to on the race track, it's the tach.

Doesn't look like someone pulled from another car to me...just saying. I like it.

If the FR-S does end up looking like this, I'm hoping Five Axis will offer a body kit that makes it look closer to the concept.
