I have a question, and I dont know if its already been answered yet, but will this header + high flow cat bolt up to the stock midpipe?

The nameless downpipe connects to the stock midpipe. There is no aftermarket midpipe Nameless puts in their system because changing it out produced no extra power and the stock resonator keeps the sound just where it needs to be with the axleback.

If you're asking will the header with a cat fit the stock exhaust system, that I'm not sure of. I would think since their downpipe reaches the same location as the stock overpipe, but I don't think I've ever seen someone put headers on a stock exhaust.

Their exhaust goes as follows:

Header (Catless or Catted) -> Downpipe/OP -> Stock Midpipe Stays -> Axleback

Thanks for clearing that up for me, I was asking because my Greddy Evo 3 replaces the stock midpipe/axleback and it bolts right up to the stock 'downpipe'. I am currently looking for options and alternatives that would fit my mod before spring hits.

Yeah, most catbacks do. It saves some money since the midpipe really only affects the sound quality by changing resonator sizes, or eliminating it. Very little measureable horsepower if anything, and that would be removing the resonator.

Glad to see Jason back on the forums!!!!

Just drove my BRZ in to work today. Man, I love this header... it has soooo much more power above the curve than stock.

I love the smell of burnt rubber in the morning!

Any idea on when a quiet but powerful catback or axleback will be out?

Yours was the first header, right? Was it catted? How's it holding up?
Thanks for the update

Yeah im really hoping they make a quieter system than the current axleback.

The Downpipe/overpipe+axleback got quite a bit louder with the tune and imagine with the header it might be a little too much for DD

First and second.

First was a catted setup, second was catless, which I am still running.

This thing is a freaking champ. The welds are simply beautiful, not a single check engine light over the last 6 months, and the power is intoxicating.

It's a tad too loud for my married-with-kids kind of lifestyle, but man... it sounds so aggressive and exotic. The catted one was quieter.

You have the Overpipe+downpipe+axleback+header?

Any chance you could do another video? Nameless did one but some more footage would be nice.

Awesome! Thanks for the quick reply.

Hopefully they come out with this header soon and i can throw it on with the perrin intake. Full bolt ons with a tune should hold me over till i add boost, especially with e85. Nameless header+OP/DP+Perrin intake on E85 should be alot of fun.
