It's simply the TRD kit:


The other kit associated with Toyota (not TRD) comes in the GT-S package in Australia and Factory Tune package in Japan. It has slightly different front, side, and rear skirts compared to the TRD design. It was prototype tested on the Nurburging, hence the "NurSpec" misnomer which likely started on this forum (the actual NurSpec company sells no such kit).
