Hey bud, long time no see. I think it's time we had that phone call. Wednesday or Thursday work for you?
And btw, 321 - good lord it's expensive. 3/8" plate is like $6/square inch! Thankfully, header diameters of tubing are not such a shift in cost as plate is. :-D Got a box of 347 rod also. Now just need to get a few pulleys cut to drop the speed on our cold saw that has been sitting waiting for us to have the CNC machine to do billet soft jaws for the pneumatic saw clamps and we'll be golden on production day. It all comes together, we're just not knee deep in change so we gotta do this stuff one step at a time. - J |

Two catch can designs are in the works. Not sure which is going to make it out of the octagon we call our product development lifecycle. :-D
The one I designed about six months ago is a hybrid CNC Machined and welded unit, and I'm just not sure whether we can make it manufacturable. I'll tell ya this much, if we can, it's going to pwn the competition. The other is totally manufacturable and will also do the job better than most of the alternatives. Both systems feature active drainback systems and optional active vacuum source for promoting high crankcase vacuum and eliminating the need for any recirculation into the intake if that option is selected. Great to see you're back!!
Too many posts by you is barely enough!! (I try to limit myself checking your website to just twice a day) (Some headers, some headers! My kingdom for some headers!*) *apologies to Shakespeare's Richard III |

Put me on that list too. Welcome back Jason! Can't wait to see the new designs. I'm assuming both EL and UEL are on the list? Doesn't matter either way, I'm going Nameless from the engine all the way to the tips!
I missed out on the 10% off on the headerback for Christmas since I was drained by the holidays. Waiting for the next sale, (hint* hint* tax refund season is here) before I snag the headerback. Regardless, I've been following Nameless for months, and nothing beats a small exhaust shop that takes pride in what they make. Outstanding quality, and the headers will go extremely well with the headerback system! |

I'm going to stop talking about the AOS here anymore, but if you haven't followed us on Facebook yet, go do it! There's a poll up about some options for the AOS kit and I'd love to get as much feedback as possible.
Nameless Performance on Facebook We post neat stuff on there all the time. It's like a little time-lapse of the history of our shop. And as we start getting into the development in the next two weeks on the new STi build and FR-S, it'll all be up there. And plus, if you don't follow us on FB, where are you going to see all the other wild stuff we do that'll help you get ideas for what to ask us for next? ![]() You might be thinking - "WTF would I want to look at on your FB page that isn't for an 86?" How about stuff like this...while we were away, we designed a V-mount intercooler kit for the STi, all from scratch. Including faceted end tank triple pass radiator: ![]() I'm not going to say coming to an FR-S near you just yet...but I'm having a hard time living life without a v-mount radiator on our FR-S to put a full tilt gigantor header behind. How about a shot of the MotoIQ Scion FR-S project equipped with our prototype stepped 1.625-1.750 Tri-Y header: ![]() Good stuff, yeah? So come join us! Jason |

V-mount stuff looks good, any plans to use an angled core for the radiator like this one:
