Sorry to threadjack, will let it die after this post.

Ordered my wheels in mid sept from RavSpec. The wheels showed up(finally) in mid December. I can understand that since these were custom ordered from Japan, it can take a while, but I thought that was a bit too long. Multiple phone calls to RavSpec resulted in vague responses (2 more weeks, 2 more weeks.. etc etc).

When the wheels finally showed, the lugnuts and hubcentric rings were not included in the boxes. A call to RavSpec was made, and I was told that the rings were "backordered from Weds". Because I knew this was an outright lie, I gave them a few days to send me the parts and called again. This time I was told "Oh we sent those out in a separate package last week, they came from New York and the wheels came straight from the port in Cali.". So I asked for a tracking number, and was told not to waste my time with a tracking number from USPS because they dont update their tracking page. When I INSISTED on a tracking number, they said they would send me a NEW SHIPMENT AND GENERATED A NEW TRACKING NUMBER. (in other words, they never sent the stuff like they said they did).

I finally got everything THIS WEEK and installed it all. It took 3 months to get the wheels. It took ANOTHER MONTH to get the hubcentric rings and lugnuts. And I was lied to several times.

Replacement costs and availability should be taken in to account too. Although if you went with something like the Weds that take a while to get i would get an extra wheel so you aren't down for a long period of time waiting on a replacement.

Mach V Awesome seems to be really ideal for this use, cheap to replace and i'm sure fairly easy to get.

lets throw this into the mix:
comments I have gathered, in research, PMs, etc on spacer requirement and brake clearance have me leaning towards what i can get away with on sprints with no spacer as one consideration, so that may disqualify some wheels I suppose;

a second and more important desired 'trait' would be, what wheels, if any spacerless-,can accomodate the endurance calipers in 17"template

forged vs non forged really dont matter, i guess, but if the solution happens to be a pricey forged wheel, thats light stout and clears Endurance brakes spacerless, then that makes them pre-sold,
what are my options there???

Just FYI, I was able to find a set of used CE28N for 850 shipped in 17x7.5, but it took some patience. If I bent these wheels, I'd probably just get a set of RPF1. Volks are overpriced if you have to buy them new.

It is true. Do your research before calling me out. BBS CH-R's are Rotary Forged, Advan RZ's are Rotary Forged, exactly the same process as TSW.

If you'd like proof, do some research please. Thank you

Ask Mach V (call 571-434-8333) if they can print the Essex template and check any of their in-stock Awesome wheels for clearance...though I doubt you'll have issues with that wheel.

I ordered TC105N 17x8 +42 from No Limit in August and was given the 6-8 week disclaimer; I ended up cancelling in November because all I got was "2 more weeks" a few times. I called RavSpec to get them sometime mid-December...they said the container had JUST arrived in Cali which jives with info that No Limit gave me when I cancelled (that a container should arrive in December). That said, I never got tracking for my order even after calling RavSpec 3 days later. They also forgot to send me the invoice, despite charging my card the day I ordered; a call about this got an invoice to my email in short order. Overall...they sold me wheels and the wheels were delivered in a satisfactory amount of time (once the wheels were actually in stock, which is a WEDS problem...not a dealer problem), but with an unsatisfactory amount of customer service.

Matt mentions in his blog the Endurance requires 18's, not sure if true or not but he runs the Mach V and Sprint kit already...
