Headlight conversion?

I was just curious as to what peoples' plans are on their headlights if they are planning on changing them out. Are there any people just waiting for an aftermarket company to start making a version of them? Has anyone heard of any companies planning on producing them?

I want to do the BRZ headlight conversion since I don't want to pay the $2300 for the GT86 ones. $1300 for the BRZ ones sounds much more reasonable, but the thing is, I can not find a write up on the install on them. I really don't like the FRS headlights and want to swap them out asap. Are there any write-ups on the BRZ headlight conversion?

Would you mind searching for me and giving me the answer? I did and nothing popped up. I've only seen a picture of an FRS with the BRZ headlights. No explanation on the actual install... or any talks on an aftermarket company making some nice headlights.

Are you going to do the install yourself? How do you figure out which wire goes to which function?

I won't be doing the install myself, but I'm sure you can find some kind of wiring diagram for the BRZ headlights.

instead of spending $1500 on BRZ head lights, should've just spent the extra $2000 and get a BRZ. That way you get the BRZ headlights AND nav.

And then spend another $1000 to get rid of that horrendous front end...

I like the angry Burt Renolds look, and up here in the northeast you can get a BRZ at invoice. 1300 for the lights? Damn, Subaru is some kinda proud of them.

The Toyota ones are about $2300, although they are my favorite. They must be VERY proud of them. I will not be paying $1300 for the BRZ headlights, but they're still expensive. That's why I was wondering if any aftermarket companies are in development. I'm in debate whether to wait and see or not.

Or you can spend $1300 on the headlights and use the other $700 to replace the stereo and you have a better nav than the BRZ. And dont have to buy a new bumper
