Ordered HKS OB Link

Last week I had sent an email off to Bruce(who I had previously purchased my exhaust off a month or so ago)about buying a HKS OB-Link, didn't get a reply. I thought I had better give Performancewholesale a call to see if my email had been sent through. Anyway turns out he is on holidays.

I spoke to Martin two took my call and he organised a very nice price on the HKS OB-Link. Can't wait to get it. Really curious on the water/oil temperatures of the car during the past week(40deg C/100F temperatures).

Also, I'm waiting to get one of these cheapie iPad/Tab2 clones from one of the local PC wholesalers for dedicated use in the car - WITH the HKS OB-Link. Apparently there will be a newer version of this with higher resolution/more features coming next shipment.

Thanks once again @hksaustralia for speedy service and product delivery.

BlackVues & Wiring Schematic for the Dual BlackVue'ers amongst us..

Ordered two BlackVue cameras from fellow member @WTF today.
After my recent harrassment by the cops last week. The cop trying to accuse me of swerving ALL OVER the road. I think these will be a well worth purchase.

Here's a review
[ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e49KuBR5r74"]Pittasoft Blackvue DR400G-HD Full Review - 1080p Car Camera - YouTube[/ame]

Also..

I've decided to run a 12v feed through the car and hook up the two BlackVues(which I've ordered and paid for tonight) and BV PowerMagic Pro directly up to the 12v feed.

The reasons to run the wire separately from the fuse box:
- is that it will allow me to keep the stock OEM fuse box pretty much untouched(and I am able to close it without using any type of piggy back arrangements).
- easier fuse changes(BV PMP related) and/or fault diagnosis
- could possibly relocate the PMP control module in(or behind) the glovebox compartment.
- having an existing 12v feed would be easier if in the future I decided to hook up an amplifier for the car stereo.

@F1point4 kindly pencilled in a schematic for how to connect it

What constitutes swerving all over the road?
Did you tell "Just avoiding the potholes bro, if the gov spent more on roads and less on speed cams we wouldn't be having this interrogation right now, o look a person driving a shit box that has to slow down to a crawl to turn a corner... "

Nah I knew they were following me for the whole lot of 20 seconds, after I pulled out of a controlled T-junction intersection. The cop was bullshitting and was obviously trying to ping me for shit I didn't do. Cops are real swell people.

I'm jealous. USA isn't doesn't get the R34 G-TR, Scirocco, or the Civic Type-R! Maybe I should move to Australia. I hear there are more women than men down there too.

Also ordered HKS OB-Link module from Bruce @ HKS Australia.

Ordered some RED LED Strip lights to make a third brake light. Bentley Continetal GT style.. but not as gay. I wanna do something similar to the below pic - and get rid of the gay third brake light.

Going to try a variety of LED strips to see how they look. They are fairly cheap $10-15 each.

Can't wait to see this done!

I really want to do this but i have seen how hard it is to remove the rear light i have just left it for now.
