Where is the dealer in humble located? I have a friend that lives near by in Atascacita that can check it out for me tomorrow while I'm at work.

Pretty much next to Deerbrook mall. Big sign that says tejas Toyota. There's Black one on display.its on the feeder heading south. If your friend lives in atascosita, I'm almost 100% he'd already know where its at. Good luck!

Also in Houston. I suggest putting a deposit down somewhere and getting on a list. I did that and called around for 3 weeks. I had several instances where other dealerships had the car and then 3 hours later, when I got off work, already sold it. Luckily, I was on the list and got the car I wanted.

The dealership was Don McGill in Katy. Aside from the waiting process, the whole thing was pretty painless. Even got $1k off and good financing since I graduated in the last 2 years. Not sure if that is a Scion thing or just this dealership.

1k off? That's pretty nice. I just graduated with my undergrad in December from UH. I pass that dealersphip every day on my way to work but that last few times I have stopped they didn't have one that wasn't already spoken for, or it was automatic

Scion has a college grad discount. It's on their website.

OP: I was able to order a Scion FR-S and snagged one in a few weeks after the order... Have you tried ordering one or are you just searching lots for available ones? Round Rock Scion and Champion Scion both in Austin did not have any FR-S in stock and even when one does hit the lot, it doesn't last longer than a day or two.

Just been searching all over for one. Guess I am just going to have to put in an order because everytime I hear of one it disappears

Hi thats me... unless theres another person in my situation lol, Im not really advertising the car for sale as it my wife and I's only mode of transportation and I dont want to purchase another car unless its a decent $500 beater for a few months... im located in gulfport Mississippi though...

It is. A white fr-s manual trans about 6k miles after i find out for sure that im going to be stationed in japan I may start testing the waters on a sale though... maybe in the next week or two. Just has to be the right amount of money. Op Pm me if u want me to keep u in mind one person has asked about taking over the lease so far but I havent called toyota to find out options really.
