oh, well that's good then...wait what?

Another book in the Odd Tomas series came out a few days ago... now how the hell am I gonna sleep. For anyone that might read it, this one seems to have a lot of NOPE's in it. Not gore, but things that any sane person would say "fuck this, I'm outta here."

Have you ever read 'Dog on it' its a great series!
What's this one about in a nut shell?
Dog on it is a detective story told from the dog point of view! (really makes me laugh)
Also Rise of the governor - is a great book if you are into zombies. No walking dead knowledge is necessary for the read

What in the world...
So last month I correspond with some (later obvious, had a million email addresses that were sending the exact same thing) scammer on Craigslist, and I gave them my apartment address at school (since there are tons of people living there and tons of police in the area so more safe) which they offered to send payment to...

Well, today I check the mailbox, a mysterious envelope from Oregon State University apparently showed up last week with a check made out for 2700 dollars from some guy in Wisconsin in it. Scammer promises that another check is coming via FedEx and even gave me a tracking number????? I only asked for 700 by the way!

What the hell is going on? I'm almost tempted to just cash these and get the 200 dollars guaranteed by the bank per check, except I would feel really bad if I were taking money from some victim of identity theft. Why is this scammer trying to give me free money?

I don't know how it works, but it's a trap.

Cover your ass and report to police.
