No cost. You'll be sent 3 at random unless I have someone with time to take requests, and along with it will come a little reminder about the forum discount.

In the future, we'll try to send a little something out with every order that ships from Houston, TX.

I wish but I would have to chase down licensing... Someone who does that regularly should. There are so many products which could be made.
