I didn't take em off yet.. The first coating looks really weird .. After it dries, should I paint it AGAIN !???

No.. Don't paint more coats. Post a picture of what it looks like.

I missed a few spots inside the emblem so I have to redo it. Still see chrome !

Yes thats how it is shud look. u cant cover them all in the first coating. First one has to be really light. The. Wait 10mins and start the next coating. As u go along u need to make sure u get the side of the emblems and get them all covered!
