That Initial D article made me all nostalgic thinking back to summers working on the car till 3 in the morning, then ordering cheap japanese food to replace the dinner I skipped and watching endless Initial D.

*sigh* Somehow, I can't seem to work out that lifestyle still!

It's about time that stuff shipped, only there is a small issue with the likelihood of me getting my EcuTek cable etc. from P&L since I've been on the phone with Visconti all day and he said that P&L hasn't even ordered the damn kits yet...so yeah could be interesting. On a side note, having John actually come to Phoenix on the 18th and 19th could yield some interesting results...gonna cost an arm and a leg for the flex fuel FI tune ($1200) the Flex fuel kit is $750ish as well so i might just get the FI tune for 91 octane for now and then pay for the e85 tune later with the kit and that effectively gets me my flex fuel kit...we'll see.

Did anyone see the news that this is Firebird's last year to be around? Their 30 year lease did not get renewed! That was a bit of a shock to read today.

It's been talked about for a long time I didn't know anything was set in stone.

Also, I suggest doing TO runs in the afternoon if you register. They are cheaper than competition runs, and you will have chances to ride with the best and see how they do it.

Online registration closes tomorrow. Drive the car at it's limits safely at Firebird Sunday.

Ninjin, are you going to come? I was going to assign you tech if you are still doing tech at Marana. Sleeper, what's up? Yuryur, you know you want to autox where you won't get dirt in your tailpipe.

And with three pages of Arizona twin owners, I really expect more people out giving their cars a chance to play.
