Manual Trans.
Doing my own math based on the odometer and the receipts from the one gas station I have used. Shell 93 octane. Driving is mostly 45mph speed limits but with heavy traffic and many stop lights. My average is right around 30.5 mpg. Sometimes I'll get a 29mpg fill up and sometimes a 32mpg. Mostly 30.5 though. |

My average mpg is at 33.5 per the gauge cluster. I have yet to reset it since I bought the car. It now has about 6K miles and is used as a dd.

34psi for my manual to get 35.7 and 34.1usmpg using the A/C 95% of the time.
I've upped that to 40psi so as it frees up it should get better, especially in cooler weather without using the air. Calculated at the pump. |

At that PSI your tires should wear faster in the center than along the edges. Has this happened to your tires?

The 35psi is the minimum pressure for these tyres on this car, not the optimum. Others have found 40psi to be better for handling by increasing the stiffness of the tyre walls. I will watch the centre for wear but doubt 5psi will be a problem. |
