Motegi 18 x 9.5?

These rims anyone? I seen pics of the 16'' ones... but how about some input on the 18" ones... yes or no?

Every wheel is becoming over used so much. The horrible ones die off, the good one stay and are on everything.

I feel like they're too bland. Black with red accents on a flat face 5 spoke design. If there was some sort of lip or nice concave, it would completely transform the look.

I'm not a huge fan of knockoff wheels (let's not start a debate) but those new RT5s that Rota makes actually look really good.

I like the ROTA GRIDs... and I hear you guys say they are on EVERYTHING.... but here's the thing.... I DONT KNOW ANYONE OR EVER SEE ANYONE WITH AN FRS/BRZ.... PERIOD!!! So thats why its not a big deal to put them on my car. But if they arent going to look good, then I don't want them. More concerned with looks rather than if EVERYONE AND THEIR MOTHER have them on their car too... cause like I said, I DONT SEE ANYONE other than this website with an FRZ/BRZ.

I know I want a flush mount look. Does anyone know whats the flush width? 8" or 9" or 9.5"?

Its like other cars out there that people have been modifying for years. Great case in point, 240s. There is really not much of a way to be original anymore. Everything has been done at least twice and this car will soon follow suite-and that's a good thing. Just means there will be constantly increasing demand for aftermarket support.

Get something you like and enjoy and would want to see on your own car. Of course people will express their opinions, praise, and hate. Your car, your money.

As far as size goes, flushness depends more on offset. 9" wide with a 30-40 offset seems to give it a good flush setup depending on the alignment. If you want the wheels sunk in a bit, I would go with a +40 or higher

Thanks for the encouragement bro. As for alignment... I dont want the bowlegged look on my car. I don't like that look at all. Just square flush mount with a mean looking stance!

THe thread mentioned is a fitment guide that covers a great deal of different fitments, and "true flush" in every wheel size. You may want to look at it again.
