I installed mudguards.. not exactly a huge undertaking but .. well its something I did to the car

I've been on "staycation" since xmas so while I was bored after the install I went out for the lil drive. Wasn't looking for a huge puddle but did find one. The pics were taken after I got home. For being small the guards do what they're supposed to do. Even with a wider wheel/tire on the car. I am quite pleased. Still thinking about having them painted body color but since they're pretty rubbery I'd be concerned about chipping.

The WRX wheels look good on the car.

Leftover summer set from my '10 wrx. I found a guy selling these '11's for $900 w tires so I snapped them up. '11-'13 wheels will fit, front is close though. Kumho's run a little narrow and I've only got maybe 3/8" of clearance up front between strut and tire. No rubbing.. but its really close. Sorry to dump the FRS on the BRZ side of the forum lol.. I'm still finding my way around. Newbs.. ya know

Had a tail light replaced for the condensation issue (had it ordered the day before Thanksgiving) and got the latest ECM flash.

I don't know if its just me, but the throttle response now seems just a tad sluggish after the flash...I notice my shifting isn't as smooth. I didn't drive another car while I waited, and I've been driving the car exclusively since I got it in August.

Anyone else experiencing this?

Ecu just has to relearn. It will take a couple of miles for it to smooth out. Mine stumbled a little and was hard to take off at times. Drove it for a few days and it all worked out.

It will smooth out and return to a normal feeling after a few more miles....

Looks like those wheels weigh about ~2-3lbs more then stock..

Did you notice any significant difference in the performance of the car>???

Nope. By the time I made it to the dealer - 3 days after the condensation started - it had already gone away. He came out, looked at it closely, then said, "Well...I'm just gonna take your word for it since such a known issue."
