not very impressive results... also not surprising. once again confirmation that the stock intake is built well. looks like i'll be sticking with my k&n!

I like everything but the box design... aFe/Greddy has better design there...

but compared to the other intakes, I like this one the best....

... may just have to paint it to match the car to make it look a lil better...

Retail on this this one is like $469 but can be had for around the same price as the Greddy, this one is actually a little more expensive.

Correct.

New thread here shortly....

The aribox may not be "pretty" but maybe it's just me, I can't see it when on track passing people anyway, Function > Form, as they say.

Want "pretty" there is ARC for that and the price tag goes with it.

^ Bingo.

and the ARC intake may be pretty... and expensive... but its still just another HOT AIR intake.

I like the look of the MAF sensor being in the airbox, may have to order one to try out but it's quite expensive for a CAI.

Not sure how well it works in there but it looks clean.

AEM's new Electronically Tuned Intake (ETI) Systems are raising air intake engineering standards once again. With a revolutionary ETI module and fully integrated design, we have eliminated the need to detune or stage intake tube diameter as it crosses the MAF sensor. AEM's air intake system adjusts the sensor electronically to read proper air density instead of using physical tube designs intended to "trick" the MAF reading. The result is bigger horsepower and torque gains.

I got one in my car right now. I'll take a picture of it.

Meanwhile I'm scheduling for a dyno run to see the actual results.

Btw AEM take a minimum of 6 86 samples. 3 frs, 3 brz that I know of. They run their dyno with the hood down and they don't cherry pick their results. The 10 HP gain is a conservative average over many runs.

I agree. I know it's supposed to be about the intake, but I would like to know.
@FT-86 SpeedFactory, you posted the pictures. Do you know.
I looked up 120Racing (OneTwentyRacing) but all I could find was a Facebook page.

I'll see what I can dig up on the rear diffusor, I think we have more photos of it too. I'll check.

Exhaust looks like every other one, intake is whatever unless it comes with a CARB sticker, but that front strut bar. THAT looks amazing, I love that style bar. Any word on pricing or when it will be sold?

Retail is heavily inflated, it can be had for a lot less. If you don't have Ecutek i think it's a good option but i can't imagine they would work well together.
