Just a little refresher. The Stg.1 kit will release early/mid first quarter '13 trailed some weeks by the Stg. 2 kit. Stg.1 will be upgradeable to stg.2 at a later date if one wishes. the MSRP for stg.1 will be $3495 USD with a pre-programed re-flash included making this one of the most affordable complete forced induction solutions for this vehicle platform.

I'm assuming this price includes an ECUTek license. For those of us already with a license, would this be 300$ cheaper?

Tuner kit pricing will be lower then the complete kit pricing, but we have not determined what that price differential will be. I will say that it will not directly translate to the ECUTEK MSRP as we treat the ECUTEK costs as a loss leader to offer a cost effective complete forced induction package. It is a savings we pass along to the customer when they buy a complete kit. The better deal will be buying a complete kit if you factor in the street price of a license/cable.

This is a bargain! I'm very excited. Before I went turbo on my last 4 banger, I had an uncooled roots SC and made 280whp with 550 injectors and an 11psi pulley. Since twin screws have lower charge temps, I might not even add the complexity of the cooling.

I live in Las Vegas where it obviously gets very hot, do you think it would be absolutely necessary that I purchase the cooling option? This would be just daily driven with maybe a track day here and there.
