This... The car really has no redeeming value aside from being a well-built car. Unless maybe it gets good gas mileage?

I have a 2012 tC 6mt, and I love it. It was a great little car. I'm *ALMOST* going to regret trading it in for the FR-S, but not really
![]() It gets great gas mileage, its pretty fun to drive, love the huge sunroof, very comfortable, and I get a few compliments when I'm out and about. It's not the best car out there, but its definitely not one of the worst, either. |

I used to have 2011 tC before FR-S.
It felt more powerful on regular drive especially when going uphill on a freeway. It had bigger bass speakers. It had controls on the steering wheel. It had 18" rims. It had panoramic sunroof. It had amazingly big trunk space with the rear seats down. It had more leg room in the rear than Prius. The driver's seat had memory when sliding it forward. The seat belts height was adjustable. The exhaust sounded better. The engine was so smooth and quiet at idle. The most amazing thing is, it costs $5,775 less than FR-S. It's cheaper than Hyundai Elentra Limited, Kia Forte Hatchback SX, Nissan Sentra SL and Honda Civic EX. |

Nothing in the whole Scion line up (other than the FR-S obviously) even remotely appeals to me. Everytime I see someone driving a TC I figured they are either a girl, or picked it based on price, not because it's a better car than it's competitors, because it isn't.

When it comes to the 2nd gen tC I don't love them or hate them. They're just alright I guess.
