I have the shop example for $395 + $10 postage or I can get KMac to make clean ones for $480 + $10 postage.

Here's my shop ones. They've been trial fitted, but never used on the vehicle.

So this would allow me to adjust the Camber? Sorry showing my ignorance on suspension. And later if I upgrade to KW's can I still use this or would I need to replace this?

This will let you adjust camber AND caster. Most only have camber.
Will work with standard struts as well as coilovers. Eg. Tein, KW, Cusco, etc.
