I love that GT86 emblem. I'm just afraid to put it next to a Subaru badge. What do you guys think?

Essentially, heat them up to melt the old glue, peal them off. Remove the old adhesive (again, you'll need to heat it), clean the area with soap and water (make sure it is completely dry) and then install new badges.

They all have alignment holes except for the GT86 badge, so I recommend marking it off with blue tape so you know where to put it. I moved mine slightly to the right compared to where the FR-S badge was originally, I thought it looked better more centered.

Also, he uses lacquer thinner to remove the adhesive, I DO NOT recommend this. If you're not careful, you could seriously harm your clear coat. I recommend Goo Gone adhesive remover. It's much safer for your paint.

You may want to use this guide for aligning the GT86 emblem.

How much did it cost to hardwire the Redline? Can you take it down when you leave/park the car?

About $30 for the SmartWire kit from Escort http://www.bestbuy.com/site/Escort+-...ontent=Default

CSD Audio, who did the hardwire for me charged me $20 to do it. However, that included a few other miscellaneous things he did for me as well. He mounted the mute control button just in front of the shifter in that small storage area below the climate controls, works great.

With the blendmount I'm using, it literally takes 5 seconds to pull the radar down when you park, awesome product. A little pricey for what it is, but it's great quality and I'm way happy with it. http://www.blendmount.com/index.html

Thanks. Are you happy with the accuracy of that model? Trying to decide which model to get...

@argento-frs I'm really happy with it. Did a ton of research before I bought. If you're looking at different models, I recommend doing your research to find out what's best for you. I found this website very helpful http://www.radartest.com/

Good job. Did the front badge come off ok for you @stoneman155 ? After much frustration and outbursts, I managed to get mine off. Not without chipping some paint off though shouldn't be visible once I get the T badges on. We'll see when my badges arrive in the mail
