This is how to become a service bulletin

When I brought my car in for the 7500 service, I asked the advisor to take a look at my driver side mirror. When I picked it up, I was told that Scion didn't fix it because I was the first to report the issue. The advisor told me the Toyota Field Rep stopped the technician from pulling the inside door panel to fix it because the rep wanted submit a formal report and put it into their system. Not quite a TSB, but the first step towards one.

I'm sorry, I didn't proofread very well. The upper half of the mirror assembly is loose.

How did you fix this, I drive around and always notice both mirrors flapping, its super annoying.

The dealership fixed it by tightening a bolt or a nut.
