I think they're just LED strips in the stock headlights. There's a post selling something like that in the Classified section.

they are 18 x 9.5 rear 40mm offset and 18 X 8.5 front 33mm offset. No rubbing or balance issues, and its lowered on KW coil overs. I was worried about those issues too, but it worked out well.
