The power and torque increase is due to the secondary cat delete. If you're going for a catback only, don't expect too much of an improvement.

My BRZ has finally arrived, 10 days ahead of time!
As I'm leaving on holidays next week, I asked my dealer to keep it and I'll get it on the 4th of Jan. That way, it will be registered in 2013, so no big deal.
Here are a few shots:

More pics will follow but in 2013 ... :-)

Congrats on your BRZ!

Shiftech just sent me some pictures taken when they placed the exhaust.

Thanks Guillaume.
Don't forget to show us a clip of that exhaust ... I'm curious of its sound ...

Hi all

I've had my GT86 since 28/11 and I thought I'd share it with the Belgian community here!

Got some more pictures on the way of the KW coil-over installation and the result made by the dealership before I picked it up.

- KW V3 -20mm ( Thx Performance Shop Geel )
- Work Emotion CR Ultimate 18x9.5 ( Thx JDMAutoparts NL )
- Good Year Eagle F1 Assymetric2 245/35 R18

Enjoy!

It looks absolutely stunning, though. Congrats.

Big tyres !!! Cool.
Identical front and rear?
I was considering 225's or max 235's on 18 inches. And not 'too sticky' ones to keep the sliding progressive (and most of the time they're a lot cheaper than 'good one's').
But out of pure curiosity, what ET do those rims have? Seen you've done 9.5inch wide rims, coming from a 7" ... that's a serious increase.
You had to modify something on the wheel arches, bumper ... to avoid/eliminate rubbing?

... and now going for the brake kit ?

Yes,
big black rims look good ...
And now fit the BIG red brakes?
There's some nice 355 disc, 6 pot calipers out there.
Only detail, the TRD kit is close to 10.000€.
Bute there'e altenative kits for less than half of that.

In Belgium, if you change your brakes you can kiss goodbye your road-legality at the same time.

Only if they notice it ?

Unless they don't see it and they work 'as should' ?
You're right, changing calipers over here is a "no go".

... But if you show up with tires that stick out of the bodywork definitely !
And on the pics it looks as they are pretty close to that interpretation.

I already got a 'red card' for tyres (stupid ... I know)
Should have exchanged them back before I went to the GOCA guys.

Yeah it could pass the inspection if the technician is a bit careless but the car would be illegal nonetheless... And if you get caught in an accident where insurance experts are involved, they will see it and void your insurance because the car does not comply to its official specs. If people got hurt, you'll pay for it your whole life, just sayin...
