Tell them you want to know where your car is at the moment. Then they'll ask for your batch number (password for tracking). Then they'll tell you where it is - if they don't tell you which vessel its on, then ask them - they'll tell you

i couldnt get on the phone with them today but im a sydney order. the general gist im getting is that melbourne orders are on the oregon highway and sydney orders are on the transfuture 5?

my latest ETA is 07/01/13

it would be amazing if transfuture didnt do 360s like the oregon highway though. might get it before christmas

No, orders for all States would be on each, 'Oregon Highway' stopped at Townsville and Brisbane before reaching Port Kembla, so imagine the Trans Future 5 will do the same

As for the 360, I'm POSITIVE the Captain was water skiing and fell off!! So obviously they would have to go back and get him!!

Also, as it headed north, yes NORTH out of Brisbane yesterday morning I was positive I could hear revving and donuts being chucked!! Or was that the ferals in the next suburb? They have to head north to clear Moreton Island as no ship channel south towards the Gold Coast. The pilot boat met him off Mooloolaba and told him 'that way sonny, then turn right for Sydney!!

Nah, both vessels have orders from all over Australia. The difference being that they left Yokohama at different times. Mine (which is a Melbourne delivery) was scheduled to be on Oregon Highway which it somehow missed and has ended up on Trans Future 5 - meaning a delay of 2 days for me lol

07/01/13 for Sydney means its on TF5 for sure... i have a 09/01/13 date in Melbourne.

Tracker just switched from 'In Production' to 'In transit'! Yay! Estimated delivery date slipped to 19th of Jan from 16th. Got a VIN and Engine number now too! woo hoo!

For the people getting their cars 'In Production' and 'In Transit' when did you place your orders?

Has it all roughly been around the July/August time frame?

The reason I ask is that I ordered in late November, so im trying to estimate when my car will arrive....

Most will be late June early July orders, with some June orders still sheduled for production in December and January. There may be some August orders or people who have picked up extra allocation cars getting built now, but if your car was placed on order and not related to an allocation don't expect any updates until next year.

Have you got your tracking yet (assuming you are not in WA)? Production time is mostly based on what position you are at the dealer que, not on a national level.

Ordered the first week it was released. June 21st or about there. The dealer told me they're still dealing with all those customers. He is still telling people its an 18 month wait.

Good luck. Probably worth trying to find an unallocated car

I ordered 5th June and I only picked up my car 3 weeks ago. It was built on the last few days of October.
