Mine has some scratches on the plastic from the dealership, I'd like to replace it.

My job is working on various brands Instrument Clusters, ABS modules, Temp Contols, etc. And every car I've ever worked on all store the milage in the cluster itself. If you wanted to change the milage you would have to give it to the dealership to reprogram.
