Holy crap I want to go back out there ASAP......If 335 and 336 is anything like or better than 337. I will gladly spend one Weekend a month in the country. Sadly I went alone because I lost track of where people were meeting up and not having a cell phone doesn't help. Well I only ran into like 1 other car but everything else was wide open for the taking. The blind curves are the only thing that creeped me out but after I warmed up a bit I was attacking the turns like I was in an Episode of Initial D.....(or it felt that way anyways). I'm definetly participating next month if you get another one together.

Yeah... we saw you go by the gas station, but no one could call you. We had 7 people show up. BTW do you have a link to the facebook page? Some had gopros and want to see the videos. For those that have never done this route, if you consider yourself a enthusiast then you have to visit this road. It is epic and a lot of fun, whether you cruise or push a little on the back roads. Like ocho said I want to go back now, if it wasnt for the 2hr drive to get there.

Yeah that 2hr thing was a bummer to me. Especially living in Devine. But oh well it was worth it. My buddy in the MR2 said there is a place just like it on PR 37. (Which is 10-15 mins from 1604) We can recon that also to see if it's anything like it.

Basic tune/calibration is 150.00 plus the license fee of 325.00.

That is what most shops call a stage, and is a finished file. In other words, a base file, then adjusted for your car and bolt on mods. I'll be happy to turn on or off any of the extras in the calibration to like, such as fft, display, auto blip, ect.

Each additional calibration file is 100 dollars. So if you wanted a track map, on 93 octane now, and a low octane map, your invoice would be 675.00. However if all you want is stock, and a great street/autocross map, your cost is 475.00

FI tuning is a bit more.

We also have cables in stock at 325.00 for those of you who want to do datalogging and remote adjustments

The Good, The Bad and The Ugly....

I'm glad Ocho-Seis and his crew had a fun and safe cruise on Saturday! Definitely want to check out some of the routes they took sometime. I hope someone posts some vids. Next time, need to get Ocho's phone # to reel him in!!!

The Perrin install went well this evening! Quality stuff. Tip alignment came out about the same as the SRT which makes me believe its just the geometry on my particular car's hanger layout. Left side sticks out slightly more than right just like the SRT system did. Perrin includes some discs to install on the muffler hanger rods to fine tune the adjustment so, pretty sure it will solve the issue as it is very slight.

The other "good" is that my BRZ's (Candi...named by my wife) exhaust note is now "wife approved"...again. Don't know if it would be "girlfriend approved", or not, and my life expectancy would be pretty dismal if I were to investigate that qualification...according to my wife. She has knives and knows how to use them.

OK, now the other "Bad"...since I'm not allowed to have girlfriends. I do miss the SRT exhaust growl!!!!! The Perrin resonated is like going back to stock but, it is much better than stock as far as restriction goes. I need to ride in Got3n's FR-S with the TRD set up to see how it compares. Probably pretty close. Definitely, it is more "stealth" sounding than the SRT after I installed the MOTIV pipes!

....and the worst "Bad" of all. I got nailed by an airborne rock from above today. Was following a safe distance behind a Dodge Ram p/u on FM78 and bang...right on the roof above my head! #%&*#@@ Never even saw it coming. It removed some paint (worse than yours, Justin) and now Candi has some "Ugly" on her. Worthless dang rocks. When are they gonna invent some "shield" technology for cars like on Star Trek??? Seems like a pretty good idea to me!
