you really think perrin is made in USA? think again.
All our PERRIN catback exhausts are 100% made in the USA. Even down to things like the mufflers, flanges, tips, every part of it is! We pride ourselves on not having to go overseas to be competitive on things like catback exhausts. It's important to keep the US economy rocking and it's a way for us to feel good about what we sell.

Just take the time a read through Perrin's blogs. It is nice to see a company that test everything they do & back it up with actual numbers & explains the reasoning behind why this works and that doesn't. If it doesn't work or feel they can improve it, it gets changed & tested again before any parts goes out to the public.

With so many aftermarket parts being made overseas, it's not common for parts to be made in the USA anymore. Or they say Made in the USA, when they are just packaged or assembled here.

We love that we can keep all our systems made here and still be competitive.

I am flip flopping on exhausts, but these two Perrin Resonated and Invidia Q300 are the only ones I am interested in. Quieter = better for me, but I do like growl

Wish there was a side by side comparison video.

Heard the Perrin Resonated last week, loved it. Then heard the Invidia Q300 yesterday, also loved it. The Q300 is definitely quieter, but deeper. It's also about 5lbs heavier.

I went with the Q300 because I'm planning on headers soon, and the quieter sound will combo nicely with some UEL headers. The price was right too, snuck out for $700 after tax.

Ultimately, I like the Perrin better. But volume is an issue for me, so the Q300 price/volume combo won so that I'm not obnoxious when the headers are installed. I'm still VERY happy with my purchase. I'd recommend the Perrin if you're not doing anything up front AND you don't mind a little extra volume. Otherwise, I'd recommend the Q300.
