It sits ON the actual airbag, cuz its bigger then the original Scion badge, so scion badge place is filled with Toyota badge background and actual badge sits flush on top. Will take pics today.

Heres a close-up for people who asked how the badge sits on the airbag. Sorry for the dust - car is under construction - so lots of dust all over the place

Looks proper, and how it should been from factory.

However, DIY FTW.

Just went to two of the biggest junk yards here and did not find a single logo. Every steering wheel had a stamped logo. Don't think they had new enough cars. Doing a search on eBay there are a bunch of steering wheels and covers. At least get a good idea for range of donor cars to use.

For me a bit hard to give you tips on what cars to look for the badges - as in Europe - there are lots of new toyotas with the same badges as i got.

In US - theres a PRIUS, YARIS, Second gen. MATRIX, also - you could check VENZA / HIGHLANDER / 4Runner / Hilux (these might be the same, if not bigger?)

Prius has exactly the same badge as i used, - cuz before going with corolla badge - i had 2 of the Prius badges...

Just a comment to every one doing the re-badging. Have you given any thought to what you've done to your resale value? I can't help but wonder what percent of potential buyers you've turned away. Any one interested in one of our cars has more than likely done their home work and know what's up. For example, I wouldn't consider any used car that had been bastardized no matter what. Do you think a dealership might low ball you on a trade-in as they know they will have a difficult time selling the car?

I can't help but think a lot of people are making mistakes they're going to regret further down the road. As Charles Barkley said: "I may be wrong but I doubt it".
