Went to the Toyota UK site...

and found the FT-86 PAGE

http://www.toyota.co.uk/cgi-bin/toyo...eptCars-ft86ii

I scrolled down and discovered they have audio for the engine, start up and revs

and what a sound

I can't imagine the production will sound much different, if at all

Sounds really nice. If you keep clicking, it lists "Lightweight, 200bhp flat-four boxer engine" but that may only apply to the concept. And they may have made it up.

Good catch...I think at this point I'm 80% sure 200 will be the hp rate since that's the number that's been given since the first concept and when they revealed the Fr-S concept they said it was to have 200bhp as well unless Toyota wants to disappoint us I hope they stick to it...

This is a better post because I can listen to the sound at work. My proxy server doesn't block the Toyota site.

It was on the International Toyota website but I couldn't find the topic where it was linked. I think it was lost in the middle of a long thread. We even had a duplicate thread at one point.
