@Nevermore it's like a burnt orange/red, would probably fit the lava nicely. It's just in-between both colors enough to work. The red kinda looks like it's a faded vintage knob. Almost like an old Datsun vibe.
I'll have more pics up as soon as I fit it.

It is the Redhead Shorty. I wish it had, the etching didn't line up so I had to put some rubber spacers in it to take up space...

guess I never posted mine up in this thread... went with Anvil 2 from Moddiction.
![]() heavier than stock knob, sits a little lower, feels great. For those of you having alignment problems, I used some light duty threadlocker and adjusted it to the perfect amount of rotation/height.

I used the can on the left as a base, thinking it would match the cap and have a nice metallic finish....Nope. So I went over it with the flat black on the right.

It didn't match the cap? It looked textured to me.

The color on the cap didn't match, texture was a match.
I found a better pic of the red Flossy in a different tread, it shows the whole interior. I think I will get the red. http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showt...ft+knob&page=2

They already have that exact design at Flossy. Just ask them for it.

my knob from cobb tuning
Lighter than the stock knob. Feels pretty smooth.
Sorry I don't know how to resize nor make the picture to go straight. |

Looks good! Can you take a less close-up pic of the interior? I'm trying to visualize how it would look.

Here's mine. Went with a Blox shift knob made for the frs, same design as the stock one.
