I love the green wheels the problem is WRB is a lighter blue and the wheels are a lighter green so during the day there's no contrast. At night you can't beat the color combination as the WRB looks like a very dark blue and the wheels pop
Also, I work as a professional now. I jumped the gun when buying these . I let a friend's recommendations on color influence me. He sees alot of cars in NYC

20.8lbs according to tire rack. Kinda wish I went lighter. Maybe next time.
Nothing a SC can't compensate for

wow, heavier than I thought! You gotta be careful, weight can add up fast on wheels and tires.
http://www.tirerack.com/wheels/Wheel...ted&tab=wheels I have the HLT by OZ, mine are blue but look indigo in bright sunlight. In your size, 18x8, they are 17.3 lbs. in green. Sure a SC will 'fix' it, but you'd notice 12 lbs of rotating weight taken off your car, fwiw. I got mine light and narrow to run lightweight R compounds in 225/40-17, my rims are 15.4 lbs, and aiming for Hoosier R6 Track & Competition DOT Size: P225/40ZR17 weigh 20 lbs. let see if thats enough rubber for the SC The stock rims were 21 lbs and oe tires 20lbs; my current tires come in at 23 lbs. in OE size. still drooling at the green.. |

Yeah man. My RS3 are heavy too. I'm dying to get rid of these wheels. They're so new as are the RS3.
I want the weight decrease and wouldn't mind buying some 17's but then I gotta buy new tires. I may just wait until I need new tires on the 18's then switch wheels and buy the tires to match. Quote:

I know the wheels are heavy, well they are basically the same weight as the stock wheels. I'm looking at Continental DW tires, 245/35/18, only 21lbs. Overall should be the same as stock together. Next lightest tires seem to be Goodyear Asy 2, similar price. These wheels seem to be a heavier copy of OZ model as Sparco is a lesser brand of OZ. I will admit I bought them for more looks than function.

DW sucked bigtime on my 911, fwiw, Conti sidewalls just too thin, thats how they are light. The GY have their own longevity issues, but I like their grip. |

I have sold many sets of DW and DWS on z cars and the owners have always been very happy, had one want to put them on their vette too but sizes weren't available for it. I wish I had got the DW myself but went nitto instead.

48ET 18x8 Michelin 225/40/18
The tires are slightly taller than stock, over all weight the same as stock.
Yes, it will get lowered next week on some new Swift springs.

Looks really good!!! I saw that deal and didn't go for it. Crap. Thinking of getting the wheels in matte grey. Don´t know which tire size to get, although I'm inclined to go 215/40/18. Lots of Max Performance tires in that size.
