It doesn't have one (yet!) I hope it isn't there when I get there in the morning, the dealer has been closed for an hour already or I would be calling.
The adhesive and plastic inside and stuff is minor, I just didn't know if any of the problems the car has had could be noted when taking delivery.

The 7 means it's an FR-S
If it was a 6 it would be a BR-Z
(Presumably yet another number for GT-86 but I'm not sure)
So after that it's car number 12,679 to leave the plant

On that first one I saw I used just my finger to rub a small portion of it off, But certainly a wash mitt flying over it isn't going to get it. You'll need a little bit more effort, I think another wash and then with a micro fiber wrapped around my finger, using soap and water, to hit all the trouble spots. That's what I'm thinking.

I think a clay bar would remove it too, wouldn't be a bad idea on a new car to get any road debris from when it was on the truck going to the dealer.

I heard the 6 is pre production and the 7 is post production for the FRS.

My GT86 os 0090XX, and I've seen other GT86s that start with a "0".

Taking delivery any day of mine too, so, any other things to look for?

mine came off the line not too far ahead of yours and it has the michelin primacy hp's on it. maybe it depends on what port it's sent to? (colder states)

You might want to look under the hood for this (see photo)- Seems to indicate an ECU reflash by the distributor or dealer. If you got the standard radio, make sure it's set to "FRS" in the setup, very important to get the best sound. The plugs under the sills in front of the rear wheels are vital- make sure they are installed. I always ckeck tire pressures and the engine oil when I pick up a new car. The tires on my FR-s were over-inflated by 7 or 8 psi when I checked them with the salesman looking on.

Good luck!

The sticker on mine is on the lower right when facing the car with the hood open.

Last 6 digits of my VIN are 7096XX.
