Down payment on a house if you don't own one? Second/winter car if you don't have one? Propose to that special someone if you have one and aren't married? Put it in the bank for backup?

But, since you want upgrades, start with wheels & tires, coilovers, tint, and maybe an exhaust.

I would also get a nice spoiler. I like the 5 axis and CAR5MO lip spoilers.

If you are a fan of carbon fiber seibon has a lot of nice products. Trunk, hood, fenders, you could spend $10k real quick over there, lol.

since it's for the street use only ... you don't need coilovers.

air suspension (to go super low AND raise up for clearance)
wheels/tires for the bling factor
body kit
custom color paint? I think I just spent all your $10K

Wheels/tires - 18" is my preferred diameter; I think 19" and bigger makes it look like a HotWheels car, but it's up to you.

Suspension - RCE yellow or equivalent springs, Koni shocks. You really don't need coilovers on a street car. Strut bars and adjustable sway bars if you feel like it.

Brakes - upgraded pads - Porterfield, Hawk, EBC, whatever you prefer. You shouldn't need to worry about rotors or fluid on a street car.

Exhaust/intake/tune - Hell, supercharge it if you have enough extra $$. A roots or twin screw blower would really wake up the low end power, which you would be able to most appreciate in a street-driven car.

Exterior styling - lip kit, rear spoiler, sharkfin antenna, LED lighting, window tint, etc. This is all up to your personal taste.

Interior styling - short shifter, shift knob, leather/alcantara interior pieces, upgraded stereo/speakers, etc. Again, up to your personal taste.

Weight reduction - lighter battery (assuming you don't put a huge stereo in the car)

Good luck!

You must not have understood what was said. $10k isn't a lot when looking at certain mods because certain mods cost ~$10k. And the particular mod that brought it up was TRD's big brake kit. Look it up.
