It looks an awful lot like a render, not an actual picture. Though I suppose it's possible that it could pick the belt up from there, it might sit farther forward than it looks at first glance.

Thanks for the great pics! Certainly can't wait to see this finally installed in a car in the US.

The costs are already out there. It's $3,495 without the intercooler and $4,695 with the intercooler. Both come with Ecutek license, cables and tunes.

The rep at PRI told me that they "expect" low to mid 200's without the intercooler and mid to upper 200's with.

He also said they were "very close" to releasing it.

Send a message via AIM to King Tut
I believe somewhere in this thread it was stated that it is slated for a January release.

I wonder if they'd sell it without the license and cable. Mid to upper 200s with the cooler sounds fun.

It looks like the face hugger from Alien.

But I don't care, it can hug face on my engine all day so long as it's impregnating it with more horsepower!

This is a kit im going with in Feb/March. Im looking for at least 240-250hp and a nice bump in the torque. I would love more power but im not looking to replace the clutch just yet. Cant to have one of these on

I'm torn between this and the Vortech kit .. however .. I love the way this unit looks. We'll see.

I want the most reliable 250whp I can manage... whichever kit is the least maintenance and best in colder weather will win.

They are two entirely different kits. One makes max boost and holds it through the rev range....one makes max boost at 7400RPM....

Do you know any 86's running on e85 in your area? You could get an idea of how the Vortech will feel up to 5200 RPM. The torque output is really close prior to that.
