I've never seen or heard of that exhaust until now but seeing how it uses clamps and the issues that he's having would be enough for me to look elsewhere. However, it's your $$ so do what you please. :happy0180:

Don't rush into it and buy it because you feel you will never find a "deal" like this.

There are cat backs close to that price and with good sound and welding.

then get the AP exhaust and be happy with the burnt tips as the clamps break and the axleback drags behind your car.

at least you saved $200.

You can get a Q300 invidia with burnt tips for a little more or the N1 for about the same if u just want burnt tips. Isis would be good too anything but AP.

I usually dont shop for looks, but I did notice the cool tips-I have looked the wrong way at the Tommy Kaira more than once, I admit!

I dunno, neither ISIS or Invidia have my attention really as exhaust manufacture gurus. Cool colors, yes indeed, I do like. Nothing from any other vendors have the cool looking tips?

I would suggest the Tommy Kaira, pricey yes, but prolly the better of the three
Tommy Kaira>ISIS>Invidia>AP

save up and get the real deal, if you can.

As far as other non blue ones that are eye catchy
the greddy and HKS looks are 'fun'. the TRD is very nicely shaped. I think I'd go there before the machine made uber shiny ones from china. But thats me, and I'm okay with the country of origin, just not sure the volume, design, flow rate, pulse and resonant frequencies are right or tuned.

Supersprint seems to have done some R&D, so has borla with their EL and UEL, as has Perrin, and even some of the Motive stuff looks nice to me.

Man my car only has 3000k miles and probably only 1500k are track so if you think about it under normal driving conditions you could have the same problem after only 6000k miles thinking that 1500k track miles = 6000k street miles. And also would you like to have something from a company that does not stand by their product?

Get the invidia, i have seen it in person and the quality seems much better! They have burnt tips as well, price is the same as what you want to pay for the AP. If you get the AP you will not only have burnt tips but burnt oem diffuser as well lol!! This happened because the exhaust popped off and the tip leaned against my oem diffuser. Now i have a garbage exhaust and burnt oem diffuser.

I don't know who would waste their money on this shit.

Don't care what it's made out of?? Don't care about the welds??

You'll end up buying another exhaust in a couple years time... then who's saving money?

There's plenty of higher quality options out there right now, for not much more cost. That's the great thing about this car right now - Lots of parts, companies and competition on the market.

PS - If you really want the look, and there is an exhaust that you otherwise like without the blue tips, try this --> http://www.nsxprime.com/forum/showth...t-exhaust-tips

Went with the AP... Love the exhaust sound so I'm doing it. Idc. XTR is a great company to deal with. Chris is the man! He gave it to me even cheaper since I bought the headers back!
