Saw a Raven FR-S today on Beltway 8 heading South. I was the one in the Whiteout FR-S. We gave thumbs up and waved good bye =p

My firestorm comes in, in a few weeks. Looking for recommendations for getting tint done and a clear bra / coating.

Preferably Sugar Land, Southwest Houston or Downtown (I'm in Sugar Land).

Same here, except for the deer park, pasadena, clear lake area (southeast Houston) preferably some where that is cheap and good or maybe will give a deal for tint and clear bra. What are some prices that you guys got charged?

Dont cheap out when it comes to tint, especially with that rear window. Pablo Blue did my mustang for $175. His prices may have gone up but he's amazing. You need to call and make an appointment, but obviously first get a quote.

Yep. Trying to get the best value for my money. Would hate to cheap out on a new car, but also dont want to get ripped off. Also, thanks for answering me on the forums and FB :P i know the username doesn't really give it away lol.

Just picked up my Argenta 86 Tuesday 11/27

Hi everyone! 8 miles on the odometer when I picked her up from Don McGill last week. I find myself hesitant to drive her much around town. I was planning on taking her to work this morning but the rain discouraged me I ended up taking my 2000 Honda prelude instead. I just sold the Lude and have to hand her over to the buyer tomorrow. Kinda bitter sweet. She was my first. Lol. I have no choice but to take the FR-S out tomorrow. 44 mile round trip to the Med Center and back. Most nervous about parking. Those idiots at the hospital have no respect for other people's cars.

I can put another recommendation in for Pablo Blue. The guy's a wizard. I've had no less than 4 of my cars tinted by him. He guarantees his work and there's an 8 year warranty if memory serves me correct.

I can understand the new car jitters, but keep in mind, this is only a sub $30k car. That is supposed to be why it is easier to enjoy than my previous car, Corvette Z06, or friend's GTR which cost tons more to fix or mod when you play. Enjoy it for what it is and you will be much happier when you look at it in 5 years even with dents. You can always repaint or fix dents but you cannot get back enjoyment you never had.

Alas...it is better to have loved and lost then to have never loved at all. That being said. I have no choice but to drive it now, as it is my only car. My 2000 Prelude just said goodbye But now I have enough for an exhaust and cold air intake.
