Background Throttle spacers are tiny aluminum blocks that are added on top of a car's "throttle body." They have either a singular port or several ports in the middle. The majority of contemporary throttle spacers have serrated edges or helical cuts along the port walls. This enables the fuel intake and air mixture to have higher turbulence. The increased turbulence makes the fuel and air blend easier and smoother, which increases the combustion in the cylinders of the engine. This results in less fuel going to waste in the end. Horsepower is also increased. Benefits The main benefit of throttle spacers is that they permit air coming inside of the engine to move around, which permits superior atomization of the blend in the vehicle's combustion section. Throttle spacers allow engines to create more of their own power, which is the desired goal of many performance components. Throttle spacers function to bring more air into the car's cylinders, which is where fuel and oxygen mix together. This causes extra power to be produced. Having a throttle spacer added to a car engine is also very cheap. Because it increases a vehicle's power, it also greatly cuts down on gasoline costs. Function Contemporary throttle spacers work to widen the paths where air enters into the vehicle. They also work to enable stronger and increased amounts of air to enter. This results in the vehicle engine not having to work as hard in order to allow for air to come inside. Also, the air that isn't wasted can be put to much better use at the wheels of the car. This greatly increases horsepower and torque. Read more: How Does a Throttle Spacer Work? | eHow.com http://www.ehow.com/how-does_5009750...#ixzz2E2r0aF3m |

You would use my licence. It is A way to drive to return to stock. The last few times I had major dealer work we asked and they said they didnt care about the tune. That includes fuel pump replacement twice and my transmission. I would see if the dealer is cool just in case.

All my other cars just used a programmer, or a reflashed ecu..... the license is installed in the ecu and stays there. you will be able to load the tune using the cable. i provide the tune via email and its locked to your specific cable. ther cable is basically your programmer to speak. Ok so no matter if i have access to a cable i will need the license regardless? correct you will need a license for yourself even if you bought the cable that is for sale |

We need to have a AZ FT86Club meet. Would love to get as many together as possible on a Sunday for a little chill session then a local cruise. (Apache trail etc). Not sure if peeps are going out of town for Christmas, but I would love to do this on Sunday the 23rd. Thoughts?!?! We could meet at my place again. Maybe lunch at my place (grill burgers, hot dogs), then cruise. Or whatever. Just throwing out ideas. Please chime in. Thanks
