Depends on the jurisdiction. State cops almost always show up here; the rest it just depends on the cop and court. Today cop didn't show up and it was instantly thrown out. My father was telling me how one time when a cop didn't show up the court (in another county) made him wait it out until he showed up 30 minutes later.

TBQH, I don't if state cops are supposed to show up for court. Like I said, I've been pulled over once, and I didn't even go. But glad to hear your case got dropped though!

Decided to give up my unlimited date plan in favor of saving $400+ dollars. I've never gone over 2GB of data. Hell, in the last 6 months I haven't even gone over a gig. I'm sure over the life of the phone, I won't go past $400 dollars of data over usage to make buying the phone at retail justifiable.
