How about southcenter? Everyone meet at the parking lot then go grab a bite to eat there? Lot is big and we can probably park somewhere where there isnt gonna be any cars

It's Christmas shopping season... The lots will be packed EVERYWHERE.

How about we do a roll call so we have a better estimate? Darren did that for the mega meet and it worked out pretty well.

We're gonna keep this at burger master for this wednesday and gauge how big the meet is, then move it later perhaps... info from first post...

The meet will be every other Wednesday night at 7pm starting on December 5th!

For now (Til we see how popular it is... ) It will be at...

Why not make this a monthly meet? Gives us more time to request that day off?

The idea of a regularly occuring meet is that you come when you can. I don't expect people to take days off and such. Just don't show up a week if you can't, that's all, no harm done.

XXX in Issi sounds good! They have lots of car meets there so they're used to it. Just have to make sure it doesn't coincide with one haha

Based on the feedback so far it sounds like hardly anyone show up haha. I'm already here... will hang out for a bit and see if it's worth moving let alone if people show up. Keep in mind this is meant to be a casual thing... if you can't make it one week or another it isn't a big deal. Doesn't matter when you show up or leave. Just meant for some local car enthusiasts to show up and talk shop and eat on a regular basis. That's all.

So all in all we had a turnout which was about as good as I expected... Given it was december and such. We didn't outgrow burgermaster yet, we had a good bit of room and for the most part no one was out of hand.

Glad to meet some new people, Next one will be on the 19th.
Maybe we can consider moving the location if the group is constantly growing but I see no need to now.
