Take a closer look.

Im a little confused here. I saw on an old post that it was a possible FT-86 badge, but here I can't make it out, nor figure out why it isn't in all the pictures from the same link...

Anyone else see what I'm talking about?

Heres the link from CarBuzz.

Basically the same.

^ welcome yayforaddison

i see exactly what your talking about, there are some inconsistencies between all those photos in that article. Not to sure if its the camera angle that creates those dark spots or the photos themselves have been edited.

Your rear end mock ups are pretty close but overall think of a mix of 458 front end (due to lower bonnet height from boxer configuration) and aston design cues in A pillar back.

This is my attempt at unmasking the latest BRZ pics. I tried to stay as close to the tones of black and just remove the white swirls.

Anyone else think its starting to look like the latest MX5 with a hard top?

would you say the hood line is pretty much similar to the ft-86 ii concept then? I remember them saying the reason they changed the hood from the original concept was to pass European pedestrian safety regs.
