Oh sweet. I was waiting for the integration of E85 and 93/91 maps so I didn't have to switch out with a laptop. The fixes to the base map for the other OEM issues are just gravy on top. Might be buying Ecutek... very soon!

Right on man. As long as you know what a given vendor defines as a "stage" who gives a crap if it's called stage 1 or stage 45? You and the vendor both know what it means and get the most power out of the mods. People really do take the term "stage" way to seriously.

No offense to you because I respect your opinion. Last week I made my decision on tuning just as you recently did (and we all do). It was a difficult choice because these guys do seem very responsive with their customer service.
That is a valid argument, I have no issue with this POV as a consumer. My problem is people trying to dictate the product name. It seems like such a trivial point not worth the effort.

I think some people are taking the labels of stages a bit too serious. The only reason i termed them as 1/2 is simply because i have a ton of customers who say they didnt want to do any mods because they were going for forced induction down the road. And believe it or not their are variants to the tunes because of the added mods. The increase in air flow on intake & exhaust sides allow for additional cam phasing to be run as well as a slight increase in ignition advance. Ill try and explain it one more time.

The only completely stock cars that was tuned inhouse was our Auto. Our car was always stock because we had already decided on a turbo kit.

All other cars tuned in our shop were never baselined stock. These customers all had mods prior to them ever even knowing we existed. Thats not my fault for me being unable to show you their stock versus modded versus tuned results. I hope this is understood now. You should all ask yourselves if you got a baseline before you bought your first mods and had them installed. And then followed the install with dyno runs afterwards at the same dyno. Im sure most of you will answer this question as "No"

It's been in Beta testing, not "officially" released but yeah it has been on my car for a while too.

Everyone who has had it so far, is Beta testing it. It is yet to officially be released, that is what the OP is talking about Official Release

I've been thinking about this and in retrospect I was a overly judgmental on the "stage" terms. It really is trivial. I've also been talking with several other members and everyone with an FA20Club tune is extremely satisfied with the product as well as the service. The more I talk to people the more interested I'm becoming and I appreciate your explanation regarding dyno results.
