does the front pipe look different to you guys ? doesn't look like the bend are the same as the others and the flanges aren't welded in the same directions. wonder if it will work with the stock exhaust etc...

Greddy's Evo 3 and MXP's systems also use 2.75" piping so this down pipe would mate well with all three of these systems.
only problem is with a stock setup that power is made up top at 6500 or 7k. a 2.5" system will create a broad mid range, more useable imo. i liked the graphs on dsport from the 60-63mm systems even if they didnt peak as high

Ya, you're right. The flange that mates to the mid pipe won't re-use the OEM donut gasket. You can see that it's just a standard flange and not a floating pass through flange like the other front pipes. Not sure how this will affect fitment. Anyone know what affect this would have?

Somebody guinea pig this front pipe and let us know if it fits. a pipe is a pipe so performance gains should be typical for a test pipe.

P.S. I messaged one of the ebay vendors for a company website for J2 and they gave me this site. j2race.com

Looks like they started out in aluminum rads. It's the only product on their website. Their FB, Youtube, and Twitter links are bare. But the youtube channel says the company is based in Canada. Twitter account is under the name Jason Brown.

Here's a sample of their other product lines.

Exhaust

Suspension

Radiators

People are buying their products on ebay... hopefully one of those buyers is a forum member and can give us a review of the quality and maybe some dyno #'s. Wishful thinking at best...

I heard the quad tip version on my friend's car today. I was impressed with the sound. Very deep and aggressive. It really brings out the boxer sound. I think it sounds better than my $600 Takeda system.

Do you think you could arrange to get some photos of fitment to your mates car and possible a video clip?

any updates, about to just save more for something with a dyno and sound clips, dont need a huge gain but needs to sound good and not have a loss in the power band
