Stock size Blizzak LM-30s that I got off craigslist for a steal mounted on some Alloys I had left over from my CR-Z. So far they're working great.

I parked my FR-S Sunday and have been driving my new winter beater. I picked up a 98 Forester S and my winter 15" wheels with Blizzaks will bolt right up to them. I'm taking it in tomorrow to swap them.

I'm excited to own my first 'Official' Subaru.

I'll be getting a set of aftermarket wheels soon and won't need the oem ones anymore. Let me know if you're interested in buying them. I'm thinking ill sell the tpms sensors with them.

How much do you want for them? Tires included as well?

I'm not sure if I want to keep the OEM TPMS sensors or not yet, and that will dictate my price. I can always get cheaper aftermarket TPMS sensors and pair them with the car's sensor, right? At the same time, I don't want to go through the hassle of reprogramming the sensors.

Tires are included. They have about 4k miles with about 3-4 autocross sessions and still have a lot of tread left.

I still need to get some aftermarket tires before I can remove the OEM wheels/tires. I'm waiting for the Dunlop Direzza Star Specs II to come out. They're available in Japan but not in the US yet. The other option would be the Michelin Pilot Super Sports.

Would you need another set of wheels for winter, or would you be able to wait until Spring?

Certainly no need for them before spring and TPMS is a plus but not a big deal. I'm looking at the Star Spec IIs as well but I'm thinking about a having a stock set as well.

No rush, and my interest would really depend on price.

I like! Those wheels have a retro 80's feel to them.

I'll drive 'til the ice scares me off the roads. What crickets?

Any thoughts here on a flex fuel tune? I am interested in a capable local tuner (shop). Maybe a group of us could get this together for a reasonable cost?

I might get FA20club's E85 tune. But not really up for all the other mods needed for a true flex fuel setup. Nothing before spring though E85 is trouble in the cold.

lol

Depending on cost but it likely wont happen until the snow starts melting. Who do you have in mind for a local tuner? So far I can only think of Full Blown

Yes, FullBlown for certain. Maybe including resources in WI, IA and IL? I can imagine troop of JFRs on a weekend trip & tune. Wouldn't a group of 4 or more be entitled to a good pricing break, especially if done back-to-back?
