As reported on FT86CLUB Homepage.

Subaru released couple more teasers of its Subaru BRZ concept architecture showcase which will be displayed at the Frankfurt autoshow next month. Shows the FB boxer DI engine clearly.

These are full sized images of some of the graphics used at the BRZ concept's website: http://www.subaru-global.com/11frankfurt/teaser/

Subaru has now provided exterior dimensions for the BRZ coupe:

  • 69.7 inches width
  • 50 inches height
  • 101 inch wheelbase
* very similar to Porsche Cayman and Audi TT

So what exactly are they revealing at the Frankfurt show?? Production model?? Concept vehicle?? More engine Display?? Specs?? All I have heard is they are revealing the "technology concept"! What does that mean, its killing me! Or is this confusion exactly part of their plan??

I think it will be another clear car display with the updated drive train. We'll see.

Their releasing the BRZ concept car at Frankfurt. It won't be another 'glass' car. Unfortunately, its not the production model.

I think it will be another 'glass' car(really just polycarbonate or "plastic" for those who think they would use glass on a display anymore...), just going off of what they are saying about a prologue and architecture...

Hopefully this one is a true representative of the car they are building first one was or pre-prologue if you prefer. Watching a car being designed piece by piece over a period of several years really irritates some of us newbs .

We already have THREE concepts, if you want another body concept go stare at those somemore.

I hope it's not another plastic glass model. That engine looks great though.

anyone know if that is the engine that will be in the production? if so i dont see any intercooler pipes. i am coming from an evo x that has the upper intercooler pipe that ran across the top and unless i am blind (also not very familiar with subaru) i dont see anything that would make me believe that the 1.6t rumors are true.
