You can see the mechanics at my local Subaru dealership messing around at the 15 second mark.

I try to park next to other Subarus when possible, especially newer models. They tend to respect the ride.

When driving, I hardly stay in the right most lane until I need to turn. Too many people jump out or turn from the lane into parking lots too slow.

Have you tired the link I posted above yours? I used them when deciding on a cam. I think some cameras come with software that runs on a Mac.

yes. dash cam talk, and i've been trolling the forums and etc. but the ITB100hd and the Blackvue which are hte two i have my eye on dont work with macs. and hte only dual camera dash cam on their site doesn't specify, and the reviews online about that camera are hard to find...so i just dont know.

All I use are macs. I have the BlackVue. You can use QuickTime to watch the videos but that's all you can do. You can also open the config file to change settings. But better yet is use bootcamp on your Mac so you can use te software. That's what I ended up doing. Just borrow an oem windows disk from someone or download a windows version illegally.

my issue isn't watching but rather being able to work with them in final cut/imovie. i really dont care THAT much for the software it comes with, i can set up the camera quickly on my parent's PC, and then never use that again.

i've always wondered about bootcamp, how much memory will that take up? i'm too lazy to search, spoon feed me

What format does it record video files in? The new versions of iMovie and Final Cut Pro recognize a majority of video file formats. Also try Adobe Premiere Pro.

I'm pretty sure there's a way to convert them.

yes there is, i'm jut not trying to do that every time. IMO if i'm spening 2-300$ i dont want to have to convert anything, i jut want it to work.

any of you using a dual camera dash cam? is it even worth it to have an interior facing cam because that makes it hard to conceal from view?
