All in due time my good fellow.
If that was so true then everybody on this site would still have their stock tires on.

Hahaha. I think you're giving way too many folks too much credit with that one.

Lots of owners are more interested in looking cool with their 9"+ wide wheels (or better yet a staggered setup that would better befit a Corvette) than they are in maintaining decent FR dynamics.

At any rate, unless someone has done some serious power mods (which with the exception of a handful of FI guinea pigs I don't think anyone has) you're going to save more money and have more fun by purchasing a high performance 215. These guys running 255's are kidding themselves.

If I were rich, I'd totally own an LFA. But not a white one. Seriously, a $400K car needs to be in some obnoxious color.

There are countless owners tracking their cars without the stock tires. You must not be reading threads around here much. I dont care about the stock tires being 7 inches, I care about the grip level of the tires. My RSX has shitty low grip tires on now and it feels less fun and more dangerous.

There was a black LFA getting a hand wash at a car wash near my office recently. On blastoff, you can still hear the glorious exhaust over a few streets over. Incredible sound. I've been around Ferraris and have never heard them sound as good or as loud.

You know that isn't really a high performance tire right? Put some RS3's or StarSpecs or [insert any high performance summer tire here] on and get back to us. You'll really be ing then if grip is what you like.

+1 My thoughts exactly.
By looking at tirerack score I would not call bridgstone turanza el400 an upgrade.

But seriously, you guys don't get any more power or different exhausts.
I know I read it through articles also posted through here, it was 197 (147wK) and 200 (149wK), unless the wK measurement is also regional which is news to me.
i remember because it was weird to me, any car can have such a small change in HP and not have anything different about it. but of course the internets are cruel with giving and taking information, be damned if i might find a something now.

It's not the Prius tires. I'm pretty sure it's the LSD.
