^^ Overall looks good =]
Some suggestions:
Turn the white balance down (IE more blue) otherwise you get all that orange/yellow/purple that looks off.

Also if you turn the wheels at all, turn them away from the camera.

But def some good shots !

i have no idea what im doing. this is a 10 year old canon rebel and i cant even figure out how to get the cross hairs to light up at night .... the first pic that is blurry is from mt solidad and the city and clouds was really cool. unfortunately my focus was off on every shot and i didnt know it. i tried to edit it in PS a lot.

The second one had a bright yellowish orange light right in the best spot with the background. I have some idea's and want to go back soon. I will definitely keep what you say in mind

ohh and i had some noise as well i always forget higher or lower ISO in the dark situations?

If you have a tripod then lower ISO.

Low ISO = Less noise
High ISO = Lots of noise

If you're dealing with an orangy light, make sure your foreground is right (IE the car) since its easier to change the color of the background than the foreground.

All rebels should call it the same thing, so find the button that says WB (thats the white balance) and change it to something like florescent or tungsten (3000k/4000k range)

Hope this helps and I look forward to more!

I had the same situation here with an obnoxious orange parking lot light, but as you can see, with a bluer white-balance it evens it out a bit:

remotes work, or just setting it to like a 2 second timer works as well.

to keep this on track:

I camped in the back of the FR-S all night before this shot overlooking Lake Superior. If you fold down the rear seats and lay diagonally, its not tooooo uncomfortable to sleep back there... just have fun trying to get back there either through the tiny truck opening or between the seats which is tiny...
