i know you commented that it feels better sliding on the 18's..

but compared to the stock 215 17's, do the tires overall spin easier with the 225 18's with the -3 camber?

I love the way 18's look but I am hesistant to step up to them since the stock 215 17's feel ideal for this power level.

you can't put any spin on it .. tires spin nice with the neg camber but once you put it sideways it feels like junk.

neg in the front, neutral in the rear. do work

id say they spin about the same.. track is much wider... but this setup isnt much heavier than stock. maybe a little slower.
i personally would love to do less camber in the rear.. but dont want to move down to a 215.
i just like the way it transitions now... feels more responsive. but i did do 18s because i dont like the way the car looks with 17s in the rear.

id do less aggressive wheels ( low 30s offset to lose some camber )... which i will be doing for drift spares.

Did you get the default kit from BC Racing or did you upgrade to swift springs, extreme drop kit, or different spring rates than the 8k on the default kit?

I ask because im gonna be on stock wheels for a while and i was thinking about buying the bc coils. After seeing your car dropped on bc coils im definitely getting them. Its a nice drop u have, but i heard the standard kit only lowers the car about 2" and your car looks lower than that. The extreme drop kit is supposed to lower it about 3-4".

Yeah when ordering bc coils u can upgrade to swift springs, spring rates 8-10k, and get the extre drop kit which i believe has shorter springs for a much more aggressive drop. I dont think all vendors offer these options upon ordering though...i contacted the guys at bc racing n thats where i got my info

enkei NT03+m _ 18x9.5 +40
federal ss595 _ 225/40

even being 15mm less aggressive than my works.. the rear still rubs on the bumper tabs.. but now only under hard driving.
