Hey john I can help you out later tonight. I ran some errands earlier so the car isn't cold now but I'm not going anywhere else in it today.

*edit* misunderstood

Yes, working on my stg2 flash which will be for a high compression NA motor with cams etc.

99% won't need the stg2 flash

Yeah, it's still warm enough in SoCal for it with the windows up.
Mine does as well

I am having problems understanding autoblip, not sure if it is because I am so used to heel/toe or what but I get rev matches even when I'm not changing gears.

Can some explain it to me please?

Noticed the autoblip seems to have changed to a more gradual blip in 1.08 vs 1.07, nice improvement.

The traction control is pretty slick for 0-60, 1/4 runs, etc, but I'm a little hesitant about running it in the twisties as I don't know enough about how it works to fully trust it kicking in mid-turn, but from what I've seen, I like.

Any chance you can provide a video?

My understanding of Auto-Blip is such that it should like this:

IF speed > 40 MPH
AND brake = on
AND clutch = down
THEN
blip as the vehicle detects the shift has begun.

Sorry I'm posting a lot of questions today, but what is different about the traction control on the racerom?

It seems to be less intrusive and works without making your car hit a brick wall like the stock one does. I remember reading that the stock TCS works by pulling throttle. John's seems to work by pulling timing/fuel (purely a guess. I'm sure @Visconti can chime in with some actual details)

Crawford was out testing it this past weekend at the road course.

Find a big parking lot and test it out there.. Should be pretty good... Definitely NOT a replacement for stability control..more of a performance traction control
